Limited alcohol at parties honoring children thru 20 years old.
No alcohol consumption, loitering, or loud music in the parking lot.
All beverages must be served in non-glass containers.
No glassware may be given out as gifts unless wrapped.
No persons are allowed to enter the pool area or climb the gate.
No one is allowed below the deck between the pool & clubhouse fence area.
No tape of any kind outside of the building or on the floors.
Only painter’s tape or masking tape only may be sued on walls.
No torches, grills, or fryers in or near the building or on the deck.
No one is allowed to sit on the deck rails.
Building to be returned in the manner received.
Cleaning service and furniture set-up/breakdown is available for extra charge thru the rental mgr.
Recycling of cans & bottles is the responsibility of the renter.
